Before you pay
This package is billed as a single payment and renews every 12 months so your care continues without a gap. The benefits are yours to use once purchased. Package payments are not refunded in part, and you can turn off the renewal any time before the renewal date from your billing portal.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers. Membership and packages are generally HSA and FSA eligible; your own plan rules govern, so check with your administrator or tax advisor.
