You keep your insurance. Membership covers Dr. Ash's time.
It works the way you would expect. Dr. Ash writes your lab and imaging orders, and they bill your insurance directly, the same as any other doctor. Over 90% of members get labs fully covered by their plan. The one thing not billed to insurance is Dr. Ash's time and access, which is what membership covers, and your HSA or FSA can pay for that pre-tax.
